Last Nov. I ordered a bunch of router bits from them and was told one would be back ordered but available in 7 – 10 days. Three weeks ago, as a folllow up to find out where it was, I attempted to call on the 1-800 number only to get a recording “out of service”. So I called (long distance) to speak with customer service and was told they were working on the phone problem and to call back in a couple of days. I did but again had to use the regular number, 800 still not working. Customer service could not help with status of bit so I left a voice mail message for their manager requesting a return call. A week later, having still not heard I e-mailed. That was a week ago, still no response and 800 number not working. The original bits were amazingly cheap for them so I wonder if they’re going out of business?

This is the second report I've heard of Jesada orders not getting filled in a timely manner, and customer getting the run-around. If they didn't pay their 800 bill, they'd be disconnected. Sounds like there may be trouble on the horizon.

I received a roundover bit from them in Oct. Apparantly the bearing is the wrong size, for it leaves an edge. Last one I will order from them, I believe. Got another one from Eagle, and no problem.
What goes around comes around? Maybe they're getting their just deserts for a company that was founded on knock-offs of CMT (Italy) tooling.John O'Connell - JKO Handcrafted Woodworking

Thanks, FG, I missed that one. Guess that explains it all.
