I paid my subscription to be able to download plans, believing that 700+ project plans were accessible through subscription.
What I have found so far are not downloadable free plans, but BUY buttons that don’t work. So even if I wanted to buy plans, which moots the whole subscription concept, the links do not take me to that item on a buy site. Instead I get the home page of some other sellers site. Strange.
Perhaps I am merely unfamiliar with where to find things on this site. If so, please enlighten me as to where I might find free plans to download.

Can't help you much other than I've look at quite a few project articles on the website and never come across that.
Most will have a PDF available for download.
I switched from Microsoft Edge to Google's Chrome browser. Everything works now.

Are you in another country?
I often have to change browsers to access things on various sites. So the easy answer is to just try a different browser before getting too frustrated.
Try to clear cookies firstly
Are Steve Latta's Federal Demilune Card Table plans no longer available?
Cant find them in the Store any longer.
