I’m just new here and I believe in should have an unlimited membership but I can’t access the catalogue and it’s still telling me I’m on my last free article. Yet when I log in it does seem to accept my email and password.
I don’t see anywhere where I can check my account information. My address, billing information, or what kind of subription I have.
Can anyone help me out please?

Customer support is at the bottom of home page or at the link below, but you have to enter your account # once your at customer support. That is on the address label of your magazine. I hope you have received your first magazine.

Thanks I've tried logging in but it doesn't find my account with any of the info I enter. Also I sadly haven't received my first issue yet. Living in Japan I wonder how long it will take.
Shame I was really looking forward to digging to a lot of these articles.

I've found customer support to be very responsive (weekdays, of course) to my questions and issues. Send them an email and the can probably straighten it out.
I'm not sure, but I think international subscriptions don't include the print magazine, just the digital.
No one seems to monitor these issues on the weekend, but someone should see it Monday.
international subscription does NOT include a magazine. Even the unlimited access for U$99 does not include a print copy.
The interface is crappy but when on the subscription page, you have to find the section labelled "international" or some other almost hidden feature, at that point, a list of countries will pop up and you can pay another (U$20 - 30 ish??) for delivery.
Sadly, my offers to pay the back postage for the last three years I have subscribed to unlimited has fallen on deaf ears but now I DO have (I HOPE!) print copies being sent to Australia (as of current issue, fingers crossed).
Customer service sent a method to add the postage component only to an existing membership but instead seem to now have two memberships! or maybe on with a years magazines and 9 months no magazine? I have no idea really.
