Where to get #14 – 3″ brass woodscrews?
I’m looking for an online source for a small quantity (ie: 16) of #14 – 3″ brass wood screws. The few places that sell them only sell in boxes of 100. Lee Valley used to sell them a few years back, but nolonger. I’m using them to build some Adirondack chairs for plans I got at Lee Valley. Silicon Bronze in small quantities would also be fine.
TIA

Update – Thanks for all the replies. The first source I checked was McMaster-Carr because I’ve ordered other stuff from them in the past. Don’t know why I didn’t think of them. 🙁 They do have the screws in quantities of 10. JamesTown is even better because the minimum is 10 , but I can order the 16 that I need. Now to go back and compare prices. Thanks again for the links and ideas. 🙂

http://www.jamestowndistributors.com has various types of #14 3" screws in bronze and brass, some sold individually.

Scav, brass woodscrews are getting as scarce as hen's teeth now'days.
Why don't you substitute stainless deck screws, or brass flat head 1/4-20 machine screws? (+ nuts)
The machine screws that they sell at plumbing supplys, come in packs of two (used to bolt down toilet bowls) If they are not quite long enough, you may want to counterbore or countersink the wood for a fit?
As a last resort, they also have 1/4"x 20 brass threaded rod, which you can cut to fit. Brass washers and nuts are sold there too. Steinmetz.

Have you tried http://www.mcfeelys.com? They have a huge assortment of fastners.
McMaster-Carr.com - You won't regret it, they have everything.
