Anyone here from Sarge lately? I am getting use to reading his evaluations from time to time but have not seen any lately. Hope he is doing fine?

Jeff,
Last time I saw him he had just made a beautiful bed. Now I think he has to make a whole bedroom of furniture to match! It's in the gallery.

Bob @ Kidderville Acres
A Woodworkers mind should be the sharpest tool in the shop!
I've read several of his posts in the last two days, so he's here somewhere. Tom

Sarge is a busy, busy guy this time of year!
"Sarge is a busy, busy guy this time of year!"...yes...as we all know, Sarge is really Santa!
Not to sure about that KS, but in the last four or five years the short trimmed beard has turned to approximately the correct color. Would have to do quite a bit of padding on the tummy though, as I weight the same thing as the day I left my Ranger unit in Vietnam so....
Gotta run as time is essence... and rein-deer do get hungry about this time of day. An under-fed rein-deer can become quite un-predictable on a long trip as we all know. ha.. ha... ha..ha..ha..
Regards for a Merry Xmas... ho..ho..ho..

Sarge.., I mean Santa,
Just wanted to let you know I will leave my shop door unlocked Christmas Eve so you can come in and leave all the LN and LV goodies on my workbench!
ps. If you need help with my gifts, there is a engine hoist in the shop. : )
Merry Christmas!
Jeff
Won't need a hoist this year, WM. Mrs. Santa has hand made all the "guys" gifts that go into stocking for the cold weather. What won't ride on the sleigh, she sold for quite a bit of spare change on her E-bay store with a ga-zillion additional E-mail request for more.
Be sure to look in your stocking.... and BTW... this is the "Sarge size" as most are much smaller to fit the normal size man ..... :>)
Sarge..
If you need the correct name for the item... post. ha.. ha...
I'd keep those reindeer on a low fiber diet, and I wouldn't push them too hard....you'll be right behind them! :D (...ever see the Bud Lite commercial with the candle and horse-drawn sleigh?!)
Evening KS..
Normally you would be "right-on" with the low fibre as far as being positioned "behind" the results. But... we sometimes have to make great sacrifice for the good of all. The high-fibre diet comes in handy when you get "behind" schedule and need a boost.
Kinda like "kicking" in a Turbo for the sudden scoot forward when you need to make up lost ground quickly. ha.. ha... ha..ha..ha..

Ah...like nitrous! Good thinkin! :D
And then there was the flame thrower, I even promised not to use it in the house...........
Not for certain but based on your past behavior, I have a strong suspicion JM that giving you both a flame thrower and napalm under the same tree would be equilvalent to giving "Charlie Manson" a set of skeleton keys and a razor sharp switch-blade.
And besides the Willie Warmer I just posted a pic of to Woodman is much more practical in todays world. ha.. ha... ha..ha..ha..
Merry Xmas to you and yours John...
Sar
Merry Christmas to you as well.Best,John
What about my Napalm? All I kept getting were socks.............
Just finished a bed, WM... after I finished a new country kitchen table and chairs. Jumped right into the first of two chest of drawers 4 days later. The day has been spent thicknessing drawer sides. With dry time I allow for Danish oil, I hope to jump on the tall chest by mid January.
And then..... I don't want to even glance at "her" list at this point. I retired 8 weeks ago and already thinking of getting a job as I hear they have an opening at the local Wal-Mart for a door greeter. Much less work I would guess? ha.. ha....
Regards and Merry Xmas to you and family...
Sarge..
OH............ So YOU'RE the guy!!! Ya know, years ago, all I asked for was a bazooka and a box of hand grenades...........................
