I recently bought a Ridgid TS2650, and it runs like a dream. The major problem, though, is that anything I've seen that is heavy enough to do good work and damp vibration is also at least $500.... I have previously owned Ryobi and Skil portable units (benchtop) and it is a night and day difference in power and accuracy when you move to a good full-sized contractor saw.
I would strongly recommend you avoid any tablesaw that can be lifted with less than two strong men (<200 lbs). It takes that much cast iron to damp vibration, stabilize the saw, and give good piece to piece repeatability. Anything smaller will, unfortunately, be difficult to work with and (IMHO) not particularly safe.
