   I'd suggest calling Taunton customer support. None of the staff monitors Knots with any regularity.

   You're wrong Ralph -  if you go to one of those buttons above and click on buy a video or a book - you'll see how well the site is monitored.  At lightning speed you can navigate between the menu and your cart and when you press "buy" your credit card is debited before you can say boo.  You can't equate the knots forum with the business end here.

   Maybe they will make a New Years Resolution to upgrade the Forum to its prior state.

   As to the "former state", I'm one of those who didn't really care for the old Delphi-style software. But, the key to any forum software is good implementation and attentive management.

   works now

   I called Tauton Customer Service and they said to click on the pdf buttin and print from Adobe Reader.  Works fine but no one knew why the app print function doesn't work.  I even tried runniing from the CD and that did not work either.

   2012 version works fine

   Just loaded the dvd containing thru 2012 and the print function works as it should.

   CAUTION:  before yuou load it, you are supposed to delete any old version.  Unfortunately, all your Favorites are NOT transferred to the new version s don't forget to write them down first.  They are now called Bookmarks - I guess in keeping with browser terminology.
