Hello friends, I’m a newbie here and a newbie to woodworking. This is kind of my first project, to restore an antique radio. I sanded the old varnish all off, then used a spray can of CitrusStrip to remove the old dark varnish in the grooves and detail.
I have finished scraping off the citrus strip and have wiped it down with mineral spirits, but there is an oily stain on all the bare wood where I sprayed the Citrus strip, notably the corners and edges.
Will this come off eventually when it dries out completely? Or do I need to do something to remove the stain? I assume I can’t continue to finish this until the stain has dissipated…

First. Be very careful with the sanding. You are probably dealing with thin veneer that can be easily sanded through. Then you have serious problems.
I'm not familiar with Citrus Strip. I can only advise you to read the directions on the can looking for instructions on what to use as a rinse.
Did you use real mineral spirits or the odorless. If the latter, try getting some "Paint Thinner" which will be petroleum based. It should work better.
I don't know if the instructions call for using water or not, but again, be careful. Water could have a bad effect on veneer.
I did a brief search on the internet and there are many sites with instructions and videos specific to your problem. Perhaps there is remaining varnish or remaining dried stripper in which case reapplying some stripper may help. Use steel wool, a brass brush, or 3M Scotch scour pads to remove the gunk from the profiles. Since I've never used CitriStrip you should Google it and have a look.
