Pattern in Wood?
I used to have one cut out in quarter inch plywood when I was making my own bow ties. It doesn't take much to trace around half a bow tie, add the seam clearance and have at tracing them on cloth.
But I suspect that's not what you're asking. Are you talking about bow tie wood joint, a basic double dove tail or something else?

Actually, is't one of those decorative "bow ties" that you see crafters using on towel racks, TP holders, tissue boxes etc.
