I don’t do wood burning but you might try woodcraft or rockler, I have seen wood burning kits on the websites.

It is not clear what is meant - do you mean 'pyrography' - using controlled high temperature wires to burn patterns on wood, or 'flaming' - using a propane torch or similar to set fire to a project and 'bring out the grain'
I have had a Burnmaster Hawk for several years. It has very good temperature control for various tips and wood type. It has been a very good tool
