Would like to obtain a complete publication on wood drying procedure. I am currently building a solar wood drying kiln. Does anyone out there have a suggestion of such a publication?

Probably the most commonly read names in the above list are Brown, Simpson, Pratt and Wengert; each is authoritative on the subject. The Taunton Press offering, Fine Woodworking on wood and how to dry it is a pretty useful primer in the type of drying you are interested in. Slainte.
