I know that applying glue in cold temperature is not good. But, what if glue is applied in warm temperature and then moved hours later or even the next day into cold temperature. Would the cold temperature still have an affect to the bond?

I do it frequently without issue. As a matter of fact I am doing it right now.
Thank you Gulfstar for your comment. You put my mind at ease. I was afraid I would had to take everything apart and re-apply glue and then re-attach.
Once the glue has cured, it will be fine. Follow the specific adhesive's directions, but for most I would wait at least 24 hours.
