Hello all,
Quite some time ago (several years) I remember reading an article in a fine woodworking or possibly a fine homebuilding magazine about building a removable rack for the back of a pickup. It was designed to easily carry sheet goods as well as longer stock. I cannot seem to find the article in my back issues. Do any of you remember the article and what issue it was in? Hopefully one of you has a better memory than I do 🙂

I don't remember the issue, but I'm pretty sure that if we are talking about the same rack, it was in finehomebuilding. I remember thinking at the time that it was a pretty sharp rack, and the price wasn't bad either.
Is this it?

This short article describes a welded-steel rack designed by a custom cabinetmaker for his pickup truck. Material can be stowed on two levels, and part of the frame can be removed as needed.
