Pashley,
Why did you post your blog over on Woodbuzz, when you could post it here?
Do you think that WoodBuzz is somehow better than Knots?
How is it different?
At a half hour a week, or so, I already spend too much time on Knots. If I have more "free" time, I will spend it in the shop rather than on line. But I am a hobbyist. You seem to be trying to sell things. WHich brings up an important point. If you are in the business, why aren't you out making stuff and selling it rather than spending time on two different woodworking websites? These aren't personal questions. The issue is rather widely discussed.
I was taken aback (a little) by your message. It seemed to have the air of telling your wife about your mistress. Kinda like walking into a meeting of he College of Cardinals and asking them if they would like to become Latter Day Saints.
No hard feelings. You woke me up. Now it is back to the shop to put some aniline dye stain on a second curly maple rocking chair.
Have fun. If you want to get on even more woodworking websites, I can give you a list that others have told me about.
Mel
