Dear All,
we are planning to establish a company and a working which is supposed to produce, mainly simple wine, olive oil box. The capacity of the workshop will be for 20.000-30.000 single wine-boxes for per month.
Unfortunately, we have a limited knowledge of such a production. What should the range of the machinery be? For example, so far, according to our researches, most of this kind of boxes, are either glued or small nail tacked, only a few of them dove-tailed. We know that, there are dove-tailing machines. But we can not understand and decide which type of machine suits to our business.
Furthermore, I will highly appreciate, if you could kindly spare sometime and give your suggestions of machinery for such a production line. And according to your experiences, how many square metre workshop is required for such a business?
As you can see, I am total Newbie! And I think this forum is for craftsman sensed people, and my question is about a kind of soulless production line for soulless products!!! But I will need some suggestions.
Many thanks in advance,

20 to 30 boxes per month or 20,000 to 30,000 boxes per month?
Where are you located, and what kind of a budget do you have?
Do you expect to have just basic machinery, and do a lot of work by hand, or do you plan to be more automated?
Will you be buying the wood rough sawn or planed to thickness?
Do you know what the market price for a finished box is and do you have a customer?
What are the box dimensions and how is the lid attached and latched?

Dear Sir,
Last week I replied your well-thought questions. But I am not sure, whether you received my e-mail or not...
My questions may require a great deal of time, and you may not have such a time or simply may not fancy the idea of writing. Frankly, that would be fine with me, but just let me know, so that I don't expect an answer. But now, every day, I open my computer, hoping to receive a serious reply.
