Woodpecker Router Plate

I see Woodpecker has their cast aluminum predrilled router plate on sale for $70. Seems like a great deal. Any concerns on this plate?

Go ahead and get their lift plate (the cheaper of the two they offer) you will be much happier with it unless you have something against router lifts.
