I also have been trying to reach them as has Bill Pentz. I recall that the owner (Larry) had some health issues. Hope he is OK.
He has a great cyclone product, but appears to be under capitalized to take on the big boys. Its been awhile since I have even seen an ad.
If you see a used one snap it up!
