I’ve had a drill press for a few years but never messed with changing the speeds.  I have a Woodtek model 16F.  The only help I’ve received is a youtube video on changing the belts on some model that wasn’t mine. All I learned was “be careful or you’ll pinch your fingers…”

I’m wondering how to move the belts around on this thing without pinching my fingers.  I hope to learn from your previous experiences (or pain).
