I am working with edge banding for the first time and am looking for advice and tips. It is alder and iron on adhesive. Can I apply this to a radius corner? If so, what is the maximum? Also, what setting or heat range for the iron? Thanks for any and all advice.

I think you're asking about the minimum radius. I've ironed it around a curve about the radius of a baby food jar, just take it slowly and rub it down good as you heat it up. I've never used alder tape, but lots of birch and red oak. The iron needs to be pretty hot, I use the linen setting which is maximum for the iron I use. A heat gun works well also. As you heat the tape up, follow behind it with a small rubbing block, pressing down hard to bind the glue before it cools. When you're through taping, check the edges with your finger to be sure they're stuck down good. There will usually be a few places that you need to heat up again and re-stick. Then trim the flash with a razor knife and finish with a sanding block. Hope this helps.
