Can any one tell me how to get cross ventilation into a steel building with vaulted ceilings that will be insulated with batt fiber glass.There are no eaves that can be vented to bring in fresh air

Vents, possibly with fans, in the peak area of each end wall, combined with air coming in through doors, windows, or vents in the lower walls should give you good ventilation for the interior of the building.
Eave venting is used to ventilate the narrow space that should exist between the upper face of the insulation and the underside of the roof. Along with the eave vents there needs to be some sort of venting at the ridge to maintain an airflow.
