Hey handtool junkies,
I attended a plane auction recently and picked up some good condition Stanleys, etc, but I also picked up these planes (as a lot). I thought at the time they might be coachmakers planes but not I’m not so sure. Anyone got any ideas? I can’t find thier ilk online or in my ref books. Obviously the soles are curved front to back, but they are also angled side-to-side. Coopers planes, maybe? Most have makers names I could provide if that would help.

I'd call them coach maker's planes, and I'm pretty sure that's what the would have been used for. They appear to be British and there are likely makers' marks stamped into the upper portion of the toes.
