“Reading in Autumn” Table with a Drawer

This table is made from lacewood and cherry and is finished with an oil/varnish mix. Cooper incorporated a relief carving and a poem by the 13th-century Chinese master Shen Chou (both set in glass) into the design. An internal light highlights the carving.
