   I have Mark's "Band Saw Handbook" from 1989, I still refer to it occasionally. I 'd love to have his latest book. I'm sure he has collected a lot of new tricks in the last 20 years!

    I've been having a heck of a time trying to resaw with my saw. The blade wanders in the cut even after adjusting for drift. Perhaps this book will help. Count me in.

    One might quibble about whether the band saw is the *most* important tool in the shop, but it's certainly among the top contenders in my shop. Now, to go carve one of those big "champion" belts out of wood (oval cut on the bandsaw, of course), and hire a couple of "round girls". ;-)

    My bandsaw vibrates, howls, cuts curves when I want to go straight -- cuts straight when I want to cut curves. If only I had a book on it...

    I have Mark's earlier book "Bandsaw Handbook" and thought so much of it that I took a lesson from him. Besides being a great technical writer, inventor, and master at the bandsaw, Mark is a genuine nice guy.
