Hi Tecdex,
Congratulations for your amazing work. Can you give some hints how its made?

This feather project is all 'Bevel Cut' on my bandsaw before mitering for ring glue up. Bevel Cutting is an old Scroll Saw Intarsa method for creating tight fitting inlays. Patrick Spielman has a book 'Scroll Saw Handbook with Patterns' that can be found at Amazon.com for $1.98 on up. The book covers the procedure thoroughly. If you need more help, contact me at my website http://tecdex.tripod.com
