Mook Jong Martial Arts Practice Device
Body and frame made from fir. Arms and leg made from oak and birch. Approximately 6′ tall. Tried to make a commercial venture of this but gave up and wrote a book on how to build it instead.

I'm very interested about it, never saw a better dummy like this one :)
