do you have a pdf of these boxes so we can fallow along
Where did you get that device for making curves? The ones that I have tried are hard to make a smooth curve and don't hold their shape.
What type of white pencil do you use? The lines look much more visible than the one made by the one I use.

I have seen a few people use these. I can't remember if it was Michael, but someone did put a small piece of blue tape over the curve to keep it from moving.
I can't figure out how to get the bottom right. The kerf on the long parts get eliminated when you sandwich the plug between them. But the short ends still have a kerf between the sides and the plug...
More detail on how this is handled would be helpful
In one of the videos he shows that he puts the bottom piece in and then squishes the short sides in to meet it before a glue up.
