Thank you, I appreciate the care and passion you bring to your work. It would be nice to see how you take on of the larger pieces that you refer to.
For the two-walled box, if the plug drops much deeper than the other styles, how does the inner lid fit snugly? Perhaps it doesn't, perhaps there is more play, but when Michael carves the lid it looks solid. Is something done to the inner lid to increase its dimension slightly?

I would like to know what would be the process to create a heart shaped box. Any ideas?
Excellent work. Your grasp on spatial orientation is enviable.
Only tools used were a pencil and a bandsaw. Once you get the hang of it, you could turn out several of these per day for gifts. My concern is the large amount of wood wasted, but if you have offcuts lying around that you can use, I suppose it’s turning potential waste into artful projects. I’m going to try it.
