Garrett Hacks’ craftsmanship and his ability to explain the processes combined with a great subject matter and well done video, makes this one of the best video series I’ve seen. Thanks to everyone involved...I think I’ll make room on my build list for this project.
Thank you and Merry Christmas. I will be building this table
It seems odd that all the accents were rosewood except for the 'stockings'. Wouldn't using rosewood there as well instead of ebony be more harmonious?
I could watch this guy all day! Only problem is, he makes it look too easy for this wood butcher. What a pleasure to watch true craftsmen and women!
Garrett Hack is a genuine master at this craft. I learn many things just in watching him. It shows me how I can do better at this craft. Thank You Garrett.
Living here in the northeast I'm fortunate knowing Garrett and seeing him at different woodworking events in the region, even took a class with him. Having said that inspired by Garrett made and donated a close version of this table several years ago for the Northeastern Woodworkers Association that they raffled off at their annual show In Saratoga Springs, time to step away from the lathe for awhile and make another one for myself.
Superb video and clear concise instructions for Cherry side table. It instills in me a desire to get away from some power tools.
I have to say that is the best Video Workshop I have seen. Garret is amazing craftsman (duh!), and his ease, relaxed delivery and natural, intuitive skill make this an aspiration for me. Just love that smile when the draw is finished! Well done!
I agree with treg43057, one of the best video series I've seen.
Excellent presentation. Garrett Hack is a wonderful instructor. Very clear in his explanations.
Great video series. I hope to see more from Garrett Hack. You have a keen eye for video. I perceived many lessons that did not speak about, your knowledge is apparent, thank you again.
Garrett, what can I say! I agree with all the complimentary comments. You rock!
