Pine Wall Cupboard
This Colonial style pine wall cupboard was based on an FWW article by Mike Dunbar. The piece includes custom cornice and base moldings, floating tongue and groove back panels, awrought iron H-hinges, and lathe-turned cherry knob with a spinner latch. Interior finish is a cream colored milk paint. Exterior finish is 2 coats of tea stain (made by brewing a really strong batch of orange pekoe tea), 2 coats of clear shellac, and a topcoat of paste wax.

Nice cupboard! And thanks for the tea stain receipt. I will definitly try it. With this stain the pine looks alike a clear finish on birch. I like it.
