Cherry serving board with bread knife.

Serving board. Made out of cherry with a purple heart inlay. The knife handle is endgrain maple and purple heart, a cut off from a cutting board project. The finnish for both pieces is mineral oil and bees wax since they are meant to come into contact with food.
The knives are great gifts and a good way to use up small scarps. Here is a link where I get my steel blanks.
