This is a barrister’s book case I built as a gift for my wife to put in our home. The Quarter sawn Oak was a welcome challenge to work with. I was very pleased of the outcome. So was she. I used Danish oil to color and a lacquer finish. Know I have a list of things to build for my wife!!

Yes, I used a walnut tint Danish oil to try to enhance the grain and make it stand out.
