I have made several of these for gifts using various combinations of wood species. They are very well received. They are turned by hand and personalized at the local laser engraving shop. The bottle top turns to dispense and pulls off to refill.

Companion Salt Shaker. Body is hollowed out. There is a shallow recess turned in the top which has several holes for salt to exit and is held in place with one small brass screw in center.
