The design was inspired by the materials (or lack there of), a small piece of oak, two small pieces of walnut, and an old, old piece of 2×4. It doesn’t get any simpler that this. The walnut edges of the top are attached with with 1/4” dowels capped with 3/4″ oak plugs. The legs are attached with wedged through-tenons. The table measure 25″ wide by 11″ deep by 17″ high. The finish is Danish oil.
