This chest-on-chest was published in FWW #81 with an article by Carlyle Lynch. Some changes I made include dovetailed carcases, sliding dovetails for the dust frames and dovetailed drawers. Drawer runners float to allow for wood movement. Drawers are flush with cockbeading rather than the rabbetted drawer fronts in the original design. Hardware from Horton Brasses. Virginia-grown cherry that I air dried myself. Secondary wood is poplar. Finish is Minwax cherry stain and semi-gloss polyurethane.
