I used scraps of cherry in my shop to first build a 49 bottle capacity wine rack for a closet in my basement. Capacity has grown significantly over the past few years. It is built in a closet in the corner of my basement that has a consistent temperature of 57-59 degrees and about 50 percent humidity.
