I just read the rules. There is nothing that says that it has to be a box to submit. It definitely is outside the box.

If you added a pair of Boxer Dogs to pull it I'd build one myself. Not sure if my Labrawieler would pull it but she would love to ride on it. Maybe add a basket on the rear to carry some duck decoys and the shotguns out into the field.
With the way Obama is killing our Economey we will all be driving dog carts very soon.
