Comments
This sucks, - restricted to US and Canada entries only. The rest of the world pays for a subscription to the magazine but is excluded from participating in any contests?

Ditto on the comments above, I can understand when the prizes are power tools which may have voltage problems etc but why can I be allowed to win a Mug or a DVD? Why dont you have some stuff for non US Canada residents? We are still paying! Unhappy :( UK subscriber!
Yes i agree with you guys, it sucks.
Its all or nothing.
Or when you do not want to send articles oversees give it in a other form.
Cheerio.
I agree with you guys, it sucks. Imagine, the contest is restricted to US and Canada, I live in Canada (province of Quebec) but this province is excluded! Try to understand why? Will the next contest only be for males between 38 and 41, living in Liechtenstein and are 6'5" or more?
I have looked at the rules and I don't see if you can enter more then once, I do a lot of recycled material wood working, working green is my thing. Can one enter more then once? Either way good contest.
I don't think US and Canada DVDs work in UK DVD players, as our fearless leader found out when he gave UK's prime minister a useless collection of US DVD movies on his recent visit.
However, I'd love to see the pen and pencil set given in return to our president that was lathed from wood salvaged from the old slave-rescue smuggling ship!
I'm excited about Fine Woodworking's new approach to providing new and interesting ways and features for woodworkers to have fun and learn. Find ways to help them improve and quit bitching. Life is to short---HAVE FUN. Ken in Georgia.
I would say summit something anyway unless the site has some sort of blocker. Even if you can't win I would still like to see other's projects. We can all learn from them. Some more than others. No, I don't expect to win, but it's fun to participate.
Maybe they will make a contest for you guys separate. Who knows. Then we can see your stuff.
Enjoy the projects. Some of them are outstanding. I wish I could find some of the type of wood they have found though.
Keep makin chips..
I can't believe we have to write in snail mail to see who the winners are! Why can't you just post it?
