First Place at the 2008 Designs in Wood Competition - Contemporary Woodworking Furniture
This cabinet is approximately 80″ tall, 48″ wide and 24″ deep. Wood species include Macasar Ebony, Walnut, Poplar (turned sections of the legs which are black) and Quilted Maple. There is dyed veneer used for the Orchid motif marquetry on the doors. The cabinet is lit with Halogen lights behind Alabaster. There is a small central drawer for utensils.
