Long-promised bed
Afer years of dithering over designs I built my wife this bed frame in bloodwood, with built-up legs, solid rails and footboard, and a laminated/veneered/coopered headboard with a low-relief design of our initials M and W worked with planes and scrapers. The through mortise and tenon joints, with a different rendition of M and W, were inspired by the work of Kintaro Yazawa (FWW #191).
