I built this medicine cabinet of pine with an antique whitewash finish and coated it with several layers of polyurethane. There is lighting behind the crown molding on the wall making it stand out to become the focal point of the room. The cabinet is recessed in the wall making it twice as deep as it appears, providing plenty of storage space.
