Dovetailed pine tool box with black walnut veneered lid and quartersawn lacewood veneered drawers.
This tool box was the very first project we undertook at Algonquin College in Ottawa. It is built using handtools and traditional joinery. It features, dovetails, half blind dovetails, slot dovetails. The woods used are pine, black walnut burl veneer, australian lacewood, Baltic Birch Plywood. The finish is one coat of shellac followed up by numerous coats of danish oil.

Hi! I would like to build a tool box like this one. It looks great! How can I get the plans?
I'm an apprentice carpenter... and i wish I could have my own handmade tool box.
