Made from a single plank of Honduran Mahogany. It required 40 separate turnings. Final size of the object is 13″ x 22″. I Got the inspiration for it from a piece by Terry Scott, A New Zealand Woodturner.

Beautiful piece. I am sure it was a challenge to make. I like the idea of repetitive patterns on wood.
