That is alot of work effort! What made you decide to louver versus a simple frame and panel design?
In any case a vast improvement over the old door.
It is difficult to see from my photo but there is a series of louver windows on the upper left side. My friend wanted the louver doors to match the windows. When he asked me to make the doors I said to him 'You'd better ask joiner. I don't think I can make this one...'. His answer was 'I am sure you can!'. And that was it. He and his wife looked happy when I hung the door.
