I really like your ornaments. I see too that this is your design, they are beautiful! I enjoy making ornaments and giving them away as well. However I have never made anything like this. The hole in the center is that drilled or an inside/outside type? If you care to comment on my questions or give me anyother ideas you may email me at [email protected]

I used a cross slide vise (Harbor Freight for about 60 bucks) to hold the small blocks on the drill press.
Then used a 2” Forstner bit to drill the holes.
It was a lot of fun doing them.
I also used up a lot of the small scraps of exotic woods to make the long icicles.
Each one was different in design according to my momentary whims.
