Little Squam
This small table is a companion piece to a larger sideboard (I actually built the table as a prototype for the sideboard.) The legs, rails, and drawer fronts are solid teak, the panels are shop-sawn teak veneer over Baltic Birch ply, and the pulls are ipe.
Slip-Tenon, spline, and dovetail construction.
Finished with three coats of Liberon oil and two coats of paste wax.
Teak, Ipe, Alaskan Yellow Cedar (inside), English Sycamore (drawer sides), Port Orford Cedar (drawer bottoms)

This is a fine table. I enjoyed the contrasting wood selection. The legs just proud of the rails are a nice design touch.
beautiful - so elegantly simple. those pulls are fantastic.
I also like the way the different surfaces are offset from each other - 1/16" makes the piece. without this detail the design would have been regular... you've made it so much better than that.
