Chest of draws
The intent was to build a chest which contained a set of randomly distributed drawers. Given the constraint that each draw had to be neither too large nor too small, ultimately, I could not design a truly random collect of drawers. The carcass is ebonized mahogany with internal spline joinery. The draw fronts are a rosewood veneer.

Wow! That chest is absolutely gorgeous and so unique!
I like the beautiful dog also!
Draw does not mean drawer, whether spoken or written.
"Draw" is my error. It will not happen again.
Beautiful work and great craftsmanship. Not concerned about the Draws, we all put our draws on one leg at a time anyway.
The difference between the almost right word & the right word is really a large matter--it's the difference between the lightning bug and the lightning.

Regretably, there are those who have to point out the obvious mistakes. Yours may have been in typing but take heart, you have produced a wonderful display of craftmanship.
If someone wants to critize spellin at least give credit to the wonderful work. This is a site about woodworking and this is really fantastic work. Very unique. Thanks for posting.
This is a fine piece of furniture. I'm curious as to what you meant when you say that you couldn't truly make it random.
I wonder if a version of this piece with contrasting veneers which would give it a look similar to Piet Mondrian's famous paintings.
Hat's off. I'm putting a concept like this on my big pile of exciting project to try some day.
