Mahogany, rosewood and maple. Made from scraps left from a larger project. A lot of time was put into getting the angles on the ‘veins’ of the leaf to look right with each a few degrees canted wrt each other and with overall symmetry to the leg angle.

Left over wood that is made into something beautiful.
This is a beautiful piece of work. It has a combination of delicacy and sturdiness that is very appealing in an organic design like this. Nicely done!
P.S. How would it look if the joints in the table top had the same curves as the feet?
