I had bought some rare earth magnets a while back.  I didn’t have a project for them, but I read an article about rare earth magnets and I had to get some. They are really cool.  I decided to use them to make a rack to hold my Japanese hand saws and a few other things.  The 1st picture is before I stained it.  I have never stained anything, so it was scary.  The next to are after applying some wipe on stain.  I am pleased with how it turned out.
