Late November the Priest asked me to make an altar for the chapel in our church. He gave me a small picture of what he wanted but smaller than the one in the catalog. He also mentioned the Bishop would visit on Jan. 16 to consecrate it. I immediately asked for devine intervention and went to work to draw up plans with the new deminsions.

It’s made of RO, 8 columns turned on the lath. I don’t remember what color stain I used, but I did apply 3 coats of poly. I finished 10 days ahead of schedule. After the Bishop consecrated the altar he served Holy Communion from it. I think I lost a few buttons off of my shirt then.
