Looks like very nice finishing, I assume that you sprayed it. How did it go with the waterborne? Did you do anything different from a solvent base? Was it just tinted or some pigment added also. The waterborne finishes I'm used don't seem to have the same build and deep appearance as solvent base lacquer.
I finished the dresser with two coats of SealCote, followed by four coats of Target Coatings EM6000 lacquer, satin, tinted black by Homestead Finishing. Jeff Weiss at Target, anf Jeff Jewitt at Homestead, are awesome partners, and have given be incredibly valuable insight. I am doing another dresser and nightstand combo which will be finished in off white EM6500 and toppedm with Targets super clear 6000. It's going to be a C
I assume you sprayed the EM6000. Did it need to be rubbed and how did that go?
